Modified Neck-Rest for ICE frame

I modified the ICE neck-rest to allow for more depth and comfort. Now my neck hits is supported. Below are some photos.

Beautiful day for a ride

This morning I got ready to ride, and followed my usual pre ride check. Well my rear tire was flat. OK I know it sat for a few days as I didn't ride, but shouldn't be flat, but it was. So I pumped the tire up and rode my regular route. No problems at all. Great ride. Today I was not alone on the road as there were many cyclists out.
